Bathroom makeover
I transformed a tired old bathroom to give it a modern look and feel.
Project overview
Problem: This rental property had suffered water damage, which caused the ceiling to collapse and damage the bath. The issue was the incentive the owner needed to completely modernise the bathroom, which it badly needed.
Fix: I removed all the old tiles, re-boarded and plastered the ceiling. Once complete, I fitted a new bath and sink, re-tiled the entire bathroom, and fitted new flooring. The property owner and tenants were delighted with the result.
